what are these whoopie pies anyway? is it a pie? is it a cookie? hehe. no and no. it is actually a mini cake with a filling at the center, just like a sandwich, but it is not a sandwich :P


my version of whoopie pies - moist chocolate cake with cream cheese filling and choc ganache frosting - nyumm!
